of the most suitable machines, to the drawing up of working and control
cycles, all naturally with the support of modern systems and predisposed
programs, Leghe Leggere Lavorate is able to offer advanced
technology that, through the vast number of machines available (Cams
and CNC with movable
spindles), leave us qualified for the turning of small, medium and
large batches of complex parts and moreover specific for the medical field cleaning-area, electropolishing, econtamination, clean-rooms .
Leghe Leggere Lavorate works with
all types of metal, ferrous and non-ferrous, included the pure zirconium
and titanium alloys and also with synthetic materials.
All our turnings are certificated and our control
systems from first processing, to final control are electronically
stored and archived, and are totally available to our customers.
Cleaning is guaranteed by an automatic computerized system with hot
washing with cycles that can be personalized to the customer's requirements.

Leghe Leggere Lavorate can supply all
our products with rectifications, specified polishes and finishes
and when necessary titanium plasma covering, all this is certified
to ensure smoothness, hardness and that the products are deburred
Our washing department that is equipped with
a computerized automatic system with high temperature washing solutions
guarantees the cleaning of parts. Cycles can be personalized to
the needs of the client and, when required, ultrasonic treatment
and natural polishing and/or barrelling can be provided.
The tools we use are made to measure for
the parts you require. Moreover we have a technical office that
is able to study and if necessary to elaborate any part and to propose,
if it is necessary, improvements to the client's design. Our store
manages stocks and resources. KAN. BAN.
